A large part of the motorcycle riding population stops riding to moment it get colder and wetter. And when the snow starts falling, most motorcycle riders call it quits. But there's one crazy bunch of bikers who are looking forward to the snow.
In fact, many use the snow to go out camping; with their motorcycles. In Europe, one of the biggest winter motorcycle rallies is the Elefantentreffen  . This consists of bikers riding their motorcycle up to the top of one of the Alps mountains and partying for the weekend while sleeping in tents (in the snow).
It's the equivalent of those crazy folks that go for a New Year sea swim in arctic weather conditions. It's funny to watch them on TV, but you know you'd never take part.
