It's an eternal dilemma for me, when I come home from a motorcycle ride, where to put my helmet and boots. It may sound trivial, but when you see my garage you'll know why.
I've been considering putting up more shelves, but if I do that, they'll end up with more junk, and eventually I'll be looking for my helmet and boots, since they are never in the same place.
Motoconcepts  have a great solution for this "problem" (and even if you don't have this problem, they'll look great in your garage). It's called the MotoBin , and it's a 16.5" high, and 24" wide bin that you can hook up to your wall.
The MotoBin can accommodate two helmets, or two pair of boots, or one helmet and one pair of boots. Just mount it on you wall, and when you come in from your ride, just put your helmets and boots in the bin.
Two bikers? No problem, get two bins and mount them next to each other.
The sides of the bin has clips onto which you can hang gloves, towels, straps, goggles, etc. Very nifty and welcome in any, particularly my, garage. But what's more, you can easily take the bin with you in your trailer, giving you a nice and tidy storage space for your gear when travelling to events.
