Some bright folks in Canada though of a way of slowing down traffic in front of schools. Speeding vehicles in a city are a danger, but in front of a school, it's criminal. Kids don't think about traffic, and can cross a street without looking, so you need to slow down.
What Wasserman and The Media Merchants though of, was put a video camera and a radar on the side of the street, and a little further a big video screen in the shape of a billboard. The "billboard TV" would show you driving down the street in case you were going to fast. This is what it looks like:
Now... can you imagine when motorcycle go through that street? Wheelies, stoppies, stunts, waves, etc... all the way through the street. Just so you can see yourself on the big screen.
Not a good safety idea. Nope.
