Finally we have the first motorcycle that has broken the speed of sound! It took a long time, but it's done.
The motorcycle wasn't even a specially prepared one, looking more like a rocket than a normal motorcycle. In fact, the motorcycle in question was a "normal" Honda Goldwing!
Yes, that's correct, a Goldwing broke the land speed record for motorcycles, and not at Bonneville, but at North Carolina.
For those of you who don't believe it, here's a photo proof. Apart from the red circle, the photo below has not been altered in any shape or form!
You can clearly see that the motorcycle went 1159 mph (1865 kph) !
