For one week, the Police in the French capital Paris will not be fining motorcycle riders (and other road users) for minor offenses. Instead they will be handing out a Yellow Card (referring to the soccer yellow card, one is a warning, a 2nd one is expulsion). The Yellow Card is given if you're going 20 kph too fast, riding in a bus lane or if your helmet is not attached properly to your head. Instead of doing this for a week, why not do it forever....specially, why do it during the holiday period when most of the Parisians are on holiday? Click here for more information
