The latest weapon of choice for the UK Police is a Hayabusa, equipped with video camera. So far, it looks like there's only one, ridden by an expert Police Officer, but who knows, you might see more of them. Below is a video of the cop and his motorcycle. There's even an action sequence where he comes to the rescue of two bikers in trouble with a cage driver who has a few mental problems with motorcycles.
