He already lost his driving license in 1987, so he's a regular. He loves fast cars and motorcycles, and is never far away from going somewhere really fast ... he is a royalty after all. Recently he stated that it's safer to ride fast since "the less time you are on the road, the less chance you have for an accident". No escaping that logic. He further stated "I find the time I'm on the road a waste of time. The less time I spend on the road, the less time is lost.". I'm sure he's very popular with the cops and government at this moment.
