Caught On Radar Sliding On His Motorcycle 30 April 2008   Author: Mike Werner   Location: Normandy, France Via: MBI Member: Horizontaal This poor 50 year old motorcycle rider from Amstelveen, The Netherlands got caught on radar doing 137 kph (don't know what the speed limit was, but maximum speed is 120 kph). That's two times bad luck, since 1) he got caught riding his motorcycle too fast and 2) he fell of the motorcycle just before the photo (he broke his hand). However.... he was also very lucky. 1) he survived and 2) on the photo he's not on the motorcycle, he's a pedestrian walking (sliding) 137 kph, and there's no law against that (they can't ticket the motorcycle, it's the rider who gets the ticket).
