The Police in Taipei, Taiwan are on the lookout for a guy who for one hour, rode his motorcycle through the city's main streets, wearing only his helmet. The 30-40 year old man was riding his motorcycle in light rain in the aftermath of typhoon Janhmi. Though not many people were on the streets at that time, several did manage to make photos. I can tell you this though... if he was naked, and it was raining, he wasn't going fast..... At least he was smart and put on his helmet.
