Mystery Motorcycle 1: The Answer 13 September 2011   Author: Mike Werner   Location: Normandy, France A lot of people took a guess at what the mystery motorcycle was yesterday, and guess what? Apart from 1 person, everyone was wrong, totally wrong! Here's the photo I posted yesterday (Article ): Most of you thought this was a 500-650cc motorcycle, probably a Chinese knock-off, or possibly a Derbi or something. Some of you went down to a 200cc, maybe even a 125cc. But as I said, only one person guessed the model, manufacturer and displacement (don't worry, the reason I took the photo was that I was amazed when I discovered the truth... I thought it was a 500cc Honda). ... and the answer is...... It's a Peugeot XR6. And hold on to your hats... it's a 50cc! Yup, a moped! The XR6 is no longer being made, replaced by the XR7.
