Called the Mopah , it's designed by Michael Tseng (an industrial designer). The moped/scooter is, believe or not, powered by your iPod, i.e., it will only start if you plug your iPod in. If you don't have an iPod, you'll need to get one... It'll play your iPod through the built-in speakers. Interesting concept...It even has special storage extensions.
